Trial Lessons

A trial lesson from Herefordshire Aero Club offers a real opportunity to experience the controls of a light aircraft whilst enjoying the magnificent Marches countryside. You choose when to fly; we might have a 'slot' available today, or book a short while in advance to secure your preferred time.

If the weather turns out to be bad or the visibility is poor we'll re-arrange it to suit you. We want you to have a memorable and enjoyable time.

Vouchers

Ideal as a gift or a treat for yourself, a friend or a loved-one, a Trial Flight Voucher lets you experience the excitement of flying a light aircraft. You don’t need any previous experience: you’ll be thoroughly briefed on all aspects of air safety by one of our highly experienced instructors, before zooming up, up and away! The aircraft cockpit is fully enclosed so forget the goggles and scarf, just turn up as you are!! If it’s a sunny day remember your sunglasses and don’t forget to bring along your camera to take some memorable snaps when you take to the skies.

Once airborne, you’ll receive a demonstration of the aircraft controls – and then it’s over to you. You’ll take control of the aircraft under the watchful eye of your instructor.

With an excellent canteen and viewing area, the 'non flyers' won't be left out either.
